* Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
Damaged Product Claims
* Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
* Please share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof to help us verify the issue.
* Once approved, we will arrange a replacement (subject to product availability) or offer store credit/refund, as applicable.
* Each garment comes with a quality assurance seal.
* Returns or damage claims will be considered only if the seal remains intact.
* If the seal is removed, broken, or tampered with, the item will be considered used and will not be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.
